Job Title: Product Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development Manager to lead our new product development (NPD) efforts. This role will involve overseeing four sub-teams, ensuring efficient workflows, and driving project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the NPD timeline to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal communication, coordinating effectively with various departments to facilitate seamless collaboration.
  • Manage communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and oversee on-site work to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle, balancing innovation with feasibility and market needs.
  • Assist in gathering and providing critical information regarding product inquiries from other departments.
  • Collaborate with the research team to integrate scientific insights into product development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food & Nutrition, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in health product/food product development, with solid team management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-departmental integration.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in Cantonese & English.
