Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage the NPD timeline to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal communication, coordinating effectively with various departments to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Manage communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and oversee on-site work to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle, balancing innovation with feasibility and market needs.
- Assist in gathering and providing critical information regarding product inquiries from other departments.
- Collaborate with the research team to integrate scientific insights into product development.
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food & Nutrition, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in health product/food product development, with solid team management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-departmental integration.
- Good communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in Cantonese & English.
