Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for defining AI solutions to address Compliance requirements in the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present technical solutions to clients, partners, and prospects to differentiate our AI offerings from competitors.
- Collaborate with client technical staff to secure deals and ensure successful project implementation.
- Work closely with AI research and product development teams to design products and solutions that meet client business requirements.
- Prepare coaching materials and business cases to train the company's sales team on AI solutions.
- Assess client change requests and develop solutions that optimize value for both the company and the client.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant compliance regulations and competitive solutions in the FSI.
- Help clients in the Financial Industry leverage our AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and gain insights into human interaction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in Financial Services Compliance with 2+ years in a presales capacity.
- Strong expertise in Financial Services Compliance matters and experience in demonstrating software solutions to Financial clients.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations in FSI.
- Strong demo, presentation, and written skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
