Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs and drive cost savings.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Prepare and manage procurement budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement processes.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide training and support to procurement team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or Degree holder in IT, Procurement and Supply Chain, or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' purchasing experience in a sizable organization.
  • Membership and/or qualification from a procurement professional body (e.g. CIPS, ISM or equivalent) would be an advantage.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PC application including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
