Sales Navigator Director, Greater Asia Pacific

About the Role
\We're seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Solutions Director to lead our Sales Solutions team in Greater Asia Pacific. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
\Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the region.\
- Build strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within enterprise organizations.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.\
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on how to leverage LinkedIn's Sales Navigator product to achieve their sales goals.\
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.\
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.\
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of LinkedIn's Sales Navigator product and provide training and support to customers as needed.\
- Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and messaging.\
- Other duties as assigned by management.\\/ul>\
Requirements
\- \
- 10+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in a SaaS-based environment.\
- Proven track record of success in selling to enterprise-level clients in Greater Asia Pacific or similar regions.\
- Strong understanding of the local market, including cultural nuances and business practices.\
- Familiarity with LinkedIn's Sales Navigator product and its applications in sales and marketing.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.\
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and develop actionable recommendations.\
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.\\/ul>\
