HNW Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HNW Centre-in-Charge to lead and manage the services provided to high net worth customers, prospective customers, and agents at AIA Wealth Centre. As a key member of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you will play a vital part in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the HNW Centre team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and development.
- Manage event execution and ensure smooth operations at the HNW Centre.
- Oversee the overall smooth operations at the HNW Centre, including assigning duties, leaves, and shifts for Centre staff.
- Ensure customer enquiries, requests, and complaints are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external working partners to ensure building of favorable relationships to facilitate task accomplishment.
- University / College graduate with 5-7 years' relevant experience, of which 2 years to be in supervisory / managerial positions.
- Solid experience in servicing HNW customer segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of insurance products.
- Training and counseling skills.
- Service-oriented and self-motivated.
- Able to deal with difficult customers.
- Positive to changes and challenges.
- Decisive and flexible.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,2,3,5) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
