About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Sales Support to join our team at Company 28 - Manulife (International) Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, marketing communications, and events to facilitate the life insurance business selling in the brokerage channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns, marketing communications, and events to facilitate the life insurance business selling in the brokerage channel, focusing on HNW and MCV customer segments.
  • Conduct portfolio analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop performance measures to track the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Develop product propositions, product launch packs, and marketing tools to maximize sales impacts.
