Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited. As a key member of our customer onboarding process, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Due Diligence: Conduct thorough customer due diligence processes for onboarding, periodic review, and trigger event review, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • KYC Information Analysis: Analyze Know-Your-Customer (KYC) information and documents to verify customer identities and assess risk.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with customers to complete CDD requirements within defined service level agreements, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Hold an Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. Relevant qualifications such as CAMS, AAMLP Core Level, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification are advantageous.
  • Experience: Possess at least 2 years of working experience in banking, finance, or related fields, with a strong understanding of Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Chinese word processing.
  • Skillset: Demonstrate self-motivation, ability to work independently, and willingness to accept challenges. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive remuneration, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
