Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing communications programs for various Informa Markets events, including the Jewellery & Gem and SEASONS fairs. This role will also provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Communications Support
    • Coordinate barter partnership arrangements with exhibitors and vendors
    • Produce and manage marketing materials, including advertisements and promotional items
    • Collect and organize publicity materials from exhibitors and partners
    • Translate English marketing materials into Chinese for distribution to international audiences
    • Support onsite marketing activities, including event setup and coordination
    • Compile and analyze survey results to measure event effectiveness
    • Manage and maintain marketing contact lists and databases
  • Media Team Support
    • Establish and maintain relationships with partner establishments for Show Daily distribution and collect materials for publication
    • Produce and manage marketing materials, including advertisements and promotional items
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage the packaging and delivery of onsite materials, including promotional items and event collateral
    • Order and manage stationery and other supplies for the Marketing & Communications team
    • Research and identify new vendors and suppliers to support event operations
    • Process payments and manage financial transactions for the Marketing & Communications team
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the Marketing & Communications team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, English, or Chinese
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must
  • Strong Chinese writing skills are a significant advantage
  • 2 years' working experience in marketing, PR, or event management is preferred
  • Good aesthetic sense is preferred
