About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global brand, Ovolo Group, and contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies across our properties in Hong Kong, Australia, and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage social media accounts and media presence under the supervision of the marketing team.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop, implement, and monitor marketing activities across our properties.
  • Take brand ownership and deliver campaigns in line with the vision, mission, goals, and strategies.
  • Copywriting for all marketing materials, both printed and online.
  • Coordinate all sponsorship activities.
  • Ensure content representing our hotel across print, offline, and online media platforms is consistently on-brand.
  • Implement marketing, partnership, sponsorship, and barter opportunities as required by hotel GMs and Head Office.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners, and other organizations.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Marketing or relevant disciplines.
  • Hotel or restaurant background is highly preferred.
  • Able to be hands-on with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business.
  • High level of organization and timely reporting is a must.
  • Strong customer service ethos.
  • Excellent communicator in both verbal and writing.
  • Enthusiastic and have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts.
  • Good analytical skills.
