Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Corporate Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account servicing, primarily for global accounts and network management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client management activities including day-to-day program management, consultative service, and relationship building.
  • Coordinate with different Business Units for all client management functions.
  • Ensure effective working relationships with various teams in Aon to provide Aon United solutions to clients.
  • Prepare documents required for account servicing, including program design, invoices, premium payment tracking, particular slips, cover notes, closing instructions, renewal reports, and insurance manuals.
  • Portfolio profitability accountability and client budget management.
  • Comply with Aon systems and protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  1. Proven experience in account servicing primarily to global accounts and network management.
  2. Team management track record of leading a small to mid-size team with global coordination background preferably.
  3. Good knowledge of local markets, including insurers, tax, regulatory, unique coverage/issues.
  4. Sound General Insurance experience (including Property & Casualty, Public and Products liability, Motor, Employee Compensation).
  5. Certification in ANZII, ACII or across General Insurance.
  6. Bachelors or above in business or related disciplines.
