About the Role

As a Recruitment and Administration Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's workforce strategy. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate employee records and manage HRIS systems.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Deliver exceptional HR services, including recruitment, employee engagement, and offboarding.
  • Manage employee attendance and performance records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles.
