Position Overview

The role of the Customer Services Supervisor is crucial in ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency within CEVA Logistics. This position entails overseeing daily operations and fostering a collaborative environment among team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Warehouse Management System (WMS) on a daily basis to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse operations team to streamline processes.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver friendly and professional service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the activities of other customer service representatives to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Maintain effective control over supplier deliveries.
  • Facilitate good communication with the warehouse and other internal departments.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the system for reliable information management.
Qualifications

Education: HKCEE / HKALE / HKDSE / Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer correspondence and relations within the logistics sector.

Skills:

  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with a willingness to learn and embrace challenges.
  • Dynamic and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and adapt to warehouse environments.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
