Sales Promotion
- Enhance visibility of ZEISS products among optical retail businesses and eye care professionals to maximize sales outcomes through strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to design and implement comprehensive product education programs.
- Foster and nurture customer relationships to support business growth.
Training Development
- Design, deliver, and manage a variety of training programs tailored to align with sales and business development objectives.
- Create and update training materials, including manuals and guides, while maintaining accurate attendance records.
- Facilitate course delivery for diverse projects, utilizing various formats such as onsite, classroom, digital, and e-learning.
- Identify key training priorities and assess program effectiveness for maximum impact.
- Provide technical assistance, address product inquiries, and conduct demonstrations.
- Participate in meetings and seminars to gather insights for training content.
Product Strategy Support
- Collaborate with management to execute product strategies aimed at optimizing sales revenue and profitability.
- Analyze product specifications and performance metrics to inform product planning.
- Assist in the preparation of publications and maintain master data for product catalogs.
- Support localization efforts for B2B and B2C marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to gather insights and establish competitive pricing strategies.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare and present regular reports on product sales and training initiatives to management.
- Document event participation, feedback, and customer interactions.
- Monitor and evaluate training activities to assess their effectiveness.
- Stay informed about ZEISS and competitor products to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Secondary Education; a Diploma in Ophthalmic Dispensing or a Bachelor’s degree in Optometry is advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in the optical retail sector.
- Experience in a regional context is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and project management.
- Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and loyalty.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
