Fashion Jewellery Collection Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Fashion Jewellery Collection Manager to join our team in Kwai Fong, Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing fashion jewellery collections that meet the highest standards of quality and design.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies for fashion jewellery products
  • Sourcing finished products and components from suppliers in Shenzhen and Dongguan
  • Monitor quality and manage suppliers to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Visit factories, exhibitions, and fairs to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Negotiate allocations with Regional/HQ to meet assortment and firm orders' needs

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in fashion jewellery development or purchasing
  • 1+ year of experience in silver jewellery development
  • Project management skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with Cantonese, English, and Mandarin languages
  • Ability to travel to factories in China or Asia
