We are a European fashion jewellery brand owner with a trading office in Hong Kong. Our main market is Europe, and we are looking for a JUNIOR SHIPPING CLERK to join our team.
The Role
- This position requires a F.5 graduate with 1+ year of shipping document experience in a trading/manufacturing/sourcing office or equivalent.
- Responsibilities include handling general shipping duties, I/E shipping documents, courier shipments, shipment booking, transportation arrangements, and shipment coordination.
- Candidates will work closely with China factories for shipment arrangement and coordinate with logistics service providers for shipment arrangement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Chinese word processing are essential.
- A team player with a friendly attitude towards work is preferred.
- No trips are required for this position.
