The Role:

  • This position involves working closely with the Project Director to oversee assigned watch projects from planning to completion.
  • You will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with clients to ensure project management details align with their expectations.
  • Collaboration with the Design team is essential to develop and refine product designs.
  • Negotiating and liaising with suppliers regarding watch product feasibility is a key responsibility.
  • Maintaining project schedules and meeting deadlines is crucial.
  • Tracking and monitoring ongoing project progress ensures timely completion.
  • Occasional travel to China, primarily Shenzhen and Dongguan, may be required for project-related activities.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in watch trading/manufacturing/sourcing offices is required, with project management exposure being a significant plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin, are essential.
