About the Job

  • We are seeking a Junior Shipping Clerk to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of shipping document experience in a trading/manufacturing/sourcing office or equivalent.
  • Responsibilities include handling general shipping duties, I/E shipping documents, courier shipments, shipment booking, transportation arrangements, and shipment coordination.
  • Candidates will work closely with China factories for shipment arrangement and coordinate with logistics service providers for shipment arrangement.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing is required.
  • A team player with a friendly attitude towards work is preferred.
