Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience in trading, manufacturing, sourcing office, or buying offices. Proficiency in Excel and Chinese word processing is essential, as well as strong communication skills in English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily support to the Merchandising team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and filing.
  • Print out marketing materials to distribute to customers.
  • Participate in handling client orders and monitoring production progress.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1+ year work experience in trading, manufacturing, sourcing office, or buying offices.
  • An advantage if experience in order processing, merchandising, sales coordination, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Excel and Chinese word processing.
  • Interest or experience in fashion jewellery.
  • Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
