About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Rewards Manager to join our team in Asia-Pacific. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering total rewards that reflect our entrepreneurial culture, are market competitive and support our global growth.

As a key player in our People & Culture team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to provide first line support for all Health and Wealth (Compensation & Benefits) related queries, including management of the ServiceNow Inbox and providing comprehensive administration support to Senior Health & Wealth Manager.

  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Administer retail bonus calculations for the region, partner with global counterparts, and support the regional Health and Wealth team with information required in their partnership with the business.
  • Support compensation processes and improve practices – compensation & benefit market surveys, year-end reviews, etc.
  • Partner, coordinate, and communicate with third-party providers on benefits issues, invoice payments, and subsequent payment queries.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience working in a retail environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Analytically minded.
  • Able to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel to intermediate level, including advanced spreadsheets, pivot tables & vlookups.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Fluency in English. Additional Asian languages will be of advantage.
  • Knowledge of Workday and/or understanding of mobility processes preferred.
