The role focuses on capital raising, business development, and product strategies to link investment opportunities with investors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting a global approach to Investor Relations
  • Developing and managing quality investor relationships for distribution and capital raising of a high-performing real estate debt strategy
  • Understanding investor requirements and engaging with them on specific investment propositions
  • Promoting the Company as a leading global manager
  • Reporting and communicating with clients to improve quality and consistency
  • Leading/supporting the development of new products by preparing concepts and business cases
  • Creatings marketing strategies for new products and project managing their implementation
  • Creatings marketing/support materials as required
  • Organizing client events and supporting marketing and PR opportunities as required
  • Representing the company at client events/conferences as required.

To be successful, you will need:

  • A good knowledge of the investment management industry
  • A track record of investor relationships, capital raising, marketing, and product development
  • A network of investor and wider industry contacts, exposure working with institutional clients would be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including leadership and management
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
