Your Role as an Associate
As an Associate within the Client Service team, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and the expert insights they require. Your daily tasks will involve managing multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers at prestigious client organizations seeking expert knowledge to guide their decisions. This role demands exceptional communication skills and the ability to juggle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Expert Recruitment: Engage in meaningful conversations with experts who are the perfect fit for your clients' projects, often under time constraints.
- Project and Market Insight: Grasp the project requirements and the market landscape, including the legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to your clients and experts.
- Project Ownership: Take charge of all facets of your projects, from initiating and managing communications between clients and experts to meticulously coordinating schedules for seamless interactions.
Supporting Your Success as an Associate:
- Providing you with a comprehensive introduction to the business landscape without confining you to a specific industry.
- Equipping you with transferable skills in commercial acumen and client management, including professional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and project management.
- Offering a clear advancement pathway to Manager within 24-30 months, and to Vice President after approximately five years.
- Successful completion of the Associate Program may qualify you for our MBA Tuition Program, which offers financial assistance for attending top business schools globally.
Qualifications We Seek:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or higher.
- Notable extracurricular achievements during your academic journey.
- Relevant internship experience that showcases your capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese (C2 level required); additional language skills are a plus.
