About the Role

As a Client Service Associate, you'll be the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. You'll field incoming project briefs, assess client needs, and find relevant experts to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client service: Field incoming client briefs and recommend relevant experts for each project.
  • Market context: Understand project briefs and apply compliance protocols.
  • Expert recruiting: Recruit and vet experts for client projects.
  • Commercial impact: Take on direct revenue responsibility and own monthly targets.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.3 or 2:1 equivalent).

  • Fluent English or C2 level required; foreign language skills desired.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Total first-year compensation in excess of HKD 512,000.
  • 15 days annual leave, six months full maternity leave, and six weeks full paternity leave.

  • Tax-advantaged housing allowance up to 50% of monthly base salary.
