Insurance Partnership Development Specialist
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Insurance Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at Harvest Personnel Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing bancassurance partners and identifying new business opportunities in the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing bancassurance partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives, including incentive campaigns and souvenir sourcing.
  • Prepare sales and marketing materials, such as call scripts and presentation decks.
Requirements
  • University degree with 7 years' experience in insurance business development or sales support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese).
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
