Administrative Officer for Postgraduate Studies

Lingnan University, a leading research-intensive liberal arts institution in the digital era, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Officer for Postgraduate Studies to join its team. With a strong focus on whole-person development and high-impact research, the University aims to provide quality education and make a positive impact in society.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to postgraduate studies, including student admissions, registration, and maintenance of student records. Additionally, they will assist with general office administration, offer counter services, handle student enquiries, and provide logistical support to meetings, events, and activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in tertiary institutions, and excellent logical thinking, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua), are also essential. A strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and under tight deadlines are required.
With a salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, the successful candidate will receive fringe benefits, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity. The estimated salary range for this position is HKD $28,000 - HKD $35,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
