Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Director to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional client service, and leading a team of talented professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth
    • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to win new clients
  • Client Service
    • Lead the strategic dialogue with clients, connecting with planners and the activation team to deliver effective results and innovative solutions
    • Ensure excellent delivery of all cross-channel work in a timely manner
  • Team Leadership
    • Develop and grow our local team, providing mentorship, coaching, and direction to the office
    • Work with the APAC Managing Director and Channel Heads to ensure optimal resource across clients

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital and offline marketing across multiple channels
  • Solid agency experience and excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong experience in managing teams and development of staff
  • Confident client-facing ability and excellent numerical skills
  • Results-driven with excellent attention to detail and able to prioritize and multi-task
