Position Overview

Our Product Management division is at the forefront of driving product strategies from conception to realization, impacting and launching innovative products and features across the globe. We work in close collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and various cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products and features.

We are in search of a seasoned and forward-thinking AI Product Manager who possesses a profound knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain domains. In this role, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of AI-enhanced products and services specifically designed for the crypto sector. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in defining product specifications, prioritizing features, and delivering state-of-the-art solutions that harness artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enhanced offerings within the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to discern customer requirements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Leverage insights to guide product decisions and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to incorporate AI and machine learning technologies into cryptocurrency products and services. Identify opportunities to utilize AI for improved functionality, security, and user experience.
  • Engage with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Foster communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Decompose complex challenges into actionable tasks, manage the product backlog, and facilitate sprint planning and execution.
  • Coordinate product launches and market entry strategies. Develop product messaging, documentation, and training resources to support sales and customer success teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Define clear and actionable user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial setting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong grasp of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies.
  • Technical expertise with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of effectively engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
