Role Overview

Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled AI Digital Human Developer to contribute to our innovative projects. This role involves the design, development, and implementation of conversational AI systems that facilitate human-like interactions across diverse digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement natural language processing (NLP) and natural language generation (NLG) frameworks to support meaningful dialogue between digital agents and users.
  • Incorporate advanced features such as emotion detection and personality modeling to enhance the realism of digital human interactions.
  • Connect digital agents with essential backend systems, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless access to information and services.
  • Conduct testing and optimization of digital agents to achieve high levels of accuracy, reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including UX designers, data scientists, and project managers, to deliver comprehensive AI-driven digital human solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Promote knowledge sharing by developing use cases, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and training sessions for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of company products, internal tools, processes, and best practices related to digital human development.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the development of conversational AI agents or chatbots.
  • Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and natural language generation (NLG) methodologies, including transformer models and sequence-to-sequence learning.
  • Proficient programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deploying models in production settings.
  • Understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with UX teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating and deploying virtual agents or digital human solutions.
  • Knowledge of emotion detection, personality modeling, and other sophisticated conversational AI features.
  • Familiarity with standards and frameworks relevant to conversational AI (e.g., AIML, Rasa, Dialogflow).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX designers and product managers.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and best practices in the development of AI-driven digital humans.
  • Experience in WordPress development and API integration, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
