Position Overview

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled AI Digital Human Developer to take on the responsibility of creating and implementing conversational AI systems that interact with users in a natural and engaging manner across various digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement natural language processing (NLP) and natural language generation (NLG) models to facilitate meaningful dialogue between digital agents and users.
  • Incorporate advanced features such as emotion detection and personality modeling to enhance the realism of digital human interactions.
  • Connect digital agents with necessary backend systems, databases, and APIs to provide seamless access to information and services.
  • Conduct testing and optimization of digital agents to ensure they meet high standards of accuracy and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including UX designers, data scientists, and project managers, to create comprehensive AI-driven digital human solutions.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Engage in educational initiatives by developing use cases, demonstrations, proof of concepts, and training sessions for clients.
  • Contribute to the evolution of company products, internal tools, processes, and best practices related to digital human development.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing conversational AI systems or chatbots.
  • Expertise in NLP and NLG methodologies, including transformer models and sequence-to-sequence learning.
  • Proficient programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and deploying models in live environments.
  • Understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with UX teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating and implementing virtual agents or digital human solutions.
  • Knowledge of emotion recognition, personality modeling, and other sophisticated conversational AI features.
  • Familiarity with standards and frameworks relevant to conversational AI, such as AIML, Rasa, or Dialogflow.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX designers and product managers.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and best practices in the development of AI-powered digital humans.
  • Experience in WordPress development and API integration, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
