Position Overview

We are looking for a visionary leader in our Product Management division who will spearhead product initiatives from conception to realization, making significant impacts and launching innovative products/features across the globe. This role demands close collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional features and products.

As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing AI-driven products and services specifically designed for the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector. Your role will involve working closely with diverse teams to define product specifications, prioritize functionalities, and deliver state-of-the-art solutions that harness the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-focused offerings within the cryptocurrency and blockchain arena.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to discern customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. Leverage insights to guide product decisions and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to incorporate AI and machine learning technologies into cryptocurrency products and services, identifying opportunities for enhanced functionality, security, and user experience.
  • Engage with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, breaking down complex challenges into manageable tasks, managing the product backlog, and steering sprint planning and execution.
  • Coordinate product launches and market entry strategies, crafting product messaging, documentation, and training resources to support sales and customer success teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, defining clear and actionable user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial setting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong grasp of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies.
  • Technical expertise with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a talent for effectively engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
