Continuous Learning - Most projects are cross-functional, meaning you will collaborate with colleagues and experts from various fields - blockchain engineering, mobile development, design, cybersecurity, customer acquisition, fraud management, banking, and finance.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do: In this position, you will lead the strategic direction of blockchain-related topics (Wallets, DeFi, L1/L2 Chains) and AI. Below are some tasks you may undertake: Strategic Visionary: Supporting the Strategy team in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives aimed at achieving commercial success. Subject Matter Expertise: Cultivating deep knowledge in Blockchain, Decentralized Finance, Decentralized Applications, AIs, and other pertinent areas. Quantitative Analysis: Crafting optimal quantitative strategies, optimizations, and analyses for related products and developments (proficiency in Excel modeling and data-driven insights is expected). Market Research & Analysis: Producing thematic research documents to guide market/sub-sector strategy. Project Coordination & Management: Overseeing cross-functional projects from timeline and deliverable planning to tracking and reporting. Product Development: Creating and drafting specifications for new products or features. Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Analyzing product KPIs and recommending enhancements to boost revenue and user engagement. Strategic Partnerships & Investments: Assessing and pursuing strategic and investment opportunities. Business Projection & Analysis: Forecasting business outcomes and engaging in strategic discussions with management regarding implications and necessary pivots. Overall, you will bear significant responsibilities: (a) At a product level: Design and drive new features to success, (b) At a company level: Define and align business priorities with management, and (c) At an industry level: Generate insights and your own perspectives on the market.

Requirements:

Highly structured thinking, analysis, and output generation. Quick learners who can translate newly acquired knowledge into actionable insights. Clarity, conciseness, and confidence in communication, experience engaging with senior stakeholders, public presentations, and/or teaching, along with a portfolio of writing samples.
