Engage in impactful and varied projects - You will have the chance to guide leadership on emerging industry dynamics and critical business choices, enhance essential processes, and coordinate significant initiatives. Your contributions will be vital to our organizational growth and sustainability, encompassing a wide array of subjects.

Take ownership of your projects from start to finish - You will experience the complete product lifecycle - from the inception of an idea to its market introduction, along with continuous KPI assessment. You will witness the outcomes of your suggestions and decisions through real-time data analytics. You will genuinely manage initiatives that you help to create and consistently refine, from beginning to end.

Expand your knowledge daily - Most projects at our company are cross-disciplinary, meaning you will collaborate in brainstorming sessions or discussions with colleagues and specialists from various fields - including blockchain technology, mobile app development, design, cybersecurity, customer acquisition, fraud prevention, and finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Your Role: In this position, you will lead the strategic focus on blockchain-related subjects (Wallets, DeFi, L1/L2 Chains) and AI.
  • Key Activities:
  • Strategic Visionary: Assist the Strategy team in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives aimed at achieving commercial success.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Cultivate deep knowledge in Blockchain, Decentralized Finance, Decentralized Applications, AI, and other pertinent areas.
  • Quantitative Analysis: Formulate optimal quantitative strategies, optimizations, and analyses for related products and developments (proficiency in Excel modeling and data-driven insights is expected).
  • Market Research & Analysis: Create thematic research documents to provide insights on market/sub-sector strategies.
  • Project Coordination & Management: Oversee cross-functional projects from timeline and deliverable planning to tracking and reporting.
  • Product Development: Design and draft specifications for new products or features.
  • Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Analyze product KPIs and recommend enhancements to boost revenue and user engagement.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Investments: Assess and drive strategic and investment opportunities.
  • Business Projection & Analysis: Forecast business outcomes and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications and strategic shifts.
Overall, you will bear significant responsibilities:
  • (a) At a product level: Design and drive new features to success,
  • (b) At a company level: Define and align business priorities with management, and
  • (c) At an industry level: Generate insights and your own perspectives on the market.

Requirements:

  • What We Seek:

  • Intellectual capability and curiosity, 1-3 years of experience in a field requiring strong analytical skills, such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or equity research.
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication, with an excellent command of English; we prioritize the ability and desire to learn over prior experience, as we believe in investing in our team's development.
  • A highly structured approach to thinking, analysis, and output generation.
  • A quick learner who can translate newly acquired knowledge into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated initiative and proactivity in identifying and addressing challenges or opportunities, consistently anticipating and responding to business needs.
  • Clarity, conciseness, and confidence in communication, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders, public speaking, and/or teaching, along with a portfolio of writing samples.

  • (Plus) Experience or strong interest in Decentralized Finance.
  • (Plus) Experience or strong interest in AI applications or tools.
  • (Plus) Strong modeling skills.
  • (Plus) Familiarity with SQL and Tableau.
