Strategy Associate

Join Crypto as a Strategy Associate and take on a challenging role that will drive commercial success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the strategic direction of blockchain-related topics and AI.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Strategy team in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in Blockchain, Decentralized Finance, Decentralized Applications, AI, and other relevant domains.
- Develop optimal quantitative strategies, optimization, and analysis for related products and developments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to advise on market/sub-sector strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects end-to-end from timeline/deliverable planning to tracking/reporting.
- Design and draft requirements for new products or features.
- Evaluate and drive strategic and investment opportunities.
- Project business results and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications and strategic pivots.
- Intellectual prowess and curiosity.
- 1-3 years of work experience in a field requiring strong problem-solving skills.
- Literacy in oral and written communication.
- Excellent command of English.
- Highly structured approach in thinking, analysis, and output generation.
- Quick learner who can translate newly acquired knowledge into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges or opportunities.
