Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Balenciaga Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products.
  • Create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers, fostering strong relationships and driving loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards of merchandise presentation and product quality control.
  • Support all store processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a similar retail setting.
  • A keen sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong product and fashion awareness, with a good understanding of current trends and styles.
  • Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
