We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Financing Solutions APAC coverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of customer accounts within the region. Your tasks will include addressing inquiries, updating program parameters, monitoring risks and performance, preparing presentation materials, communicating updates to clients, resolving operational issues, and escalating matters to relevant stakeholders. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the growth of our business.
This position primarily requires in-office work, with some flexibility for remote opportunities.

When institutional asset owners and managers require research, trading, securities lending, and innovative portfolio strategies, they rely on the SSGM business unit. Our primary objective is to enhance and safeguard our clients' portfolio values through technology, optimized trading, and global market connectivity.
What you will be responsible for
As a Client Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing information, and ensuring satisfaction with the services and products offered by Financing Solutions.
- Overseeing the process of updating client program parameters in our systems and assisting in the review of client lending profiles; conducting regular assessments to ensure compliance with client guidelines.
- Managing internal risk and compliance matters related to assigned client relationships, while coordinating any specific client requirements.
- Monitoring client satisfaction and financial performance, proactively addressing complaints, and escalating risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Managing program communications with clients.
- Preparing presentations, benchmarking data, and performance updates for clients.
- Researching and discussing factors that impact clients' lending performance.
- Collaborating as part of a regional Client Service team to support client needs across the APAC region.
- Partnering with Financing Solutions Relationship Managers to support key strategic program relationships.
- Assisting in the onboarding and setup of new client relationships through close collaboration with the Sales team and Onboarding functions.
- Working with Global Services and other State Street divisions to address operational issues and identify potential cross-sales opportunities.

- Experience with financial institutions and/or hedge funds.
- Familiarity with MCH or DML is preferred.
- Technical proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (or Korean) and English.
- 2-5 years of experience in securities lending, custody banking, and/or accounting is preferred.
