Lead Client Relationship Manager, Health Solutions

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the business line department by delivering exceptional account management to both current and prospective clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and managing superior brokerage services to our existing clientele
  • Driving business expansion through deepening relationships within the current portfolio and exploring new opportunities
  • Collaborating with insurers and service providers to ensure seamless renewals and address any related challenges
  • Conducting claims data analysis and interpreting results to prepare for renewals
  • Ensuring the quality and punctuality of client deliverables, responsible for developing reports in a clear and concise manner
  • Assisting with various projects as directed by the Supervisor

Qualifications and Skills for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Employee Benefits within a brokerage or insurance environment
  • Preferred qualifications include FLMI certification or successful completion of IIQE Papers I, II, III & IV
  • A mature, self-motivated individual
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient analytical and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
