Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute operational tasks related to mortgage loans, including customer instructions such as partial or full repayments and modifications to loan agreements, ensuring proper acknowledgment from relevant departments.
  • Prepare quotations for early settlement figures necessary for mortgage redemption.
  • Assist in verifying mortgage receipts and releases prepared by legal representatives.
  • Manage servicing activities for HKMC mortgage loans and MIP mortgage loans, while coordinating with branches and business units regarding outstanding rent and government rates.
  • Provide support for various mortgage loan operational functions, including loan booking and organizing title deeds/releases for collection by legal representatives.
  • Offer assistance in other loan operational tasks within the team, such as processing revolving loan rollovers in the system.
  • Undertake any additional assignments as directed by Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Matriculated or higher education level.
  • At least 1 year of experience in banking operations, preferably in loan services.
  • Basic understanding of banking products and accounting principles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with proficiency in PC applications.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
