Job Description:

The Senior Relationship Manager role at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited involves overseeing a designated portfolio of commercial banking accounts. This includes developing the portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling corporate banking services to existing customers, and achieving individual business targets that contribute to team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of commercial banking accounts
  • Develop the portfolio through prospecting new clients and offering suitable corporate banking services
  • Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to team performance
  • Prepare credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure credit quality and take proactive measures as needed
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support for junior teammates

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with a major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in the Commercial Banking business segment
  • Good knowledge of corporate banking and treasury products and services
  • Familiarity with general banking operations and its legal and regulatory requirements
  • Previous exposure to preparing credit proposals
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
