About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced DeFi Strategist to drive liquidity strategy, governance coordination, and protocol integrations for our decentralized Web3 platform.

This is not a TradFi role – candidates must have direct experience in on-chain DeFi strategy, not just theoretical knowledge or financial analysis.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing DAO treasuries, optimizing staking incentives, and structuring long-term sustainable DeFi mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead DAO treasury and liquidity strategies, ensuring optimal capital efficiency across DeFi ecosystems.
  • Develop and optimize staking, liquidity mining, and governance incentive programs.
  • Manage cross-chain integrations and liquidity coordination across AMMs, lending protocols, and governance DAOs.
  • Collaborate with DeFi-native funds, liquidity providers, and DAOs to align incentive mechanisms.
  • Monitor on-chain financial metrics (TVL, liquidity depth, staking participation, MEV risks) and optimize incentive structures accordingly.
  • Build partnerships with DeFi protocols, cross-chain messaging networks (LayerZero, Axelar), and governance platforms.
  • Work directly with smart contract developers to ensure security, efficiency, and scalability of financial mechanisms.
