The Job:
- You will report directly to our Sales Director.
- Your primary responsibilities will involve key customer relationship management and project management.
- You will work closely with our technical support engineers and factories to provide quotations, tenders, proposals, and goods delivery.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers, especially our defined key customers and key projects, is crucial.
- You will visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and needs.
- Building long-term strategic relationships with customers is essential.
- You will also support the company in meeting its business strategy in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Handling customer complaints and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction is vital.
- In some cases, you may need to coordinate with agents or distributors to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Building Service, or a related field is required.
- You should have at least 2 years of sales experience in industrial products, mechanical products, or building service products.
- Knowledge of pump or valve business, or water building service equipment, is highly desirable.
- You must be proficient in English and Cantonese.
