Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and reaching sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and responding to market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day service issues and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in sales management and customer relationship building.
  • Experience in the toy industry is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
