Life Business Solutions Manager

As a key member of our Life Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading the New Business & Underwriting Solutions team to manage all changes related to Pre-issue areas on an end-to-end basis for different sales channels.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement all NB & UW solutions-related initiatives, transform the initiatives into deliveries, including new Life product Day 1 and Day 2 implementations.
- Provide support in full scope to ensure all deliveries are completed timely and within budget.
- Support the project deliveries from end-to-end, including business analysis, UAT, project documentations.
- Closely work with different Life Operations functional teams, such as Customer Care team, Policy & Admin Service Team, for change implementation and system enhancement of Customer Portal, Scanning & Imaging Systems, etc.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for continuous improvement of overall services and mitigation of risks by adopting Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage the project progress updates and statistic reports for management review.
- Supervise and coach junior teammates to ensure the completion of projects and the growth of their talent.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Life Operations functions.
- Experience in people management is preferable.
- Sound project management skills with good knowledge of Six Sigma.
- Familiar with Life Products and Life Operations.
- Track record of delivery of sizable or regulatory projects.
- Able to lead, drive changes and build effective relationship with stakeholders of all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Offices, Visio, project management tools.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
