We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technology Manager to join our Life Insurance team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with life insurance business units, proposing business solutions, and managing project implementation and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with life insurance business units to understand their requirements and propose business solutions.
  • Manage and monitor project implementation and progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Communicate and coordinate between business users and development teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Participate in System Integration Test and coordinate User Acceptance Test to ensure system quality and user satisfaction.
  • Provide production support to business units and manage project budget and procurement process.
  • Provide end-user training to ensure effective system adoption.
Requirements
  • Degree holder with major in Computer Science or Business Studies.
  • 3 years or above experience in banking/insurance industry.
  • 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or insurance sector.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, willing to work in a competent, challenging, and team-working environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
  • Solid experience in liaising with relevant parties in IT or Business.
  • Knowledge in Life Insurance or Insurance products, Regulatory Requirements would be an advantage.
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
