We seek an experienced Corporate Housing professional to join our team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions.

This exciting opportunity involves providing exceptional customer service and account management support to clients relocating to APAC.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Housing / Serviced Apartment sectors, with knowledge of Relocation, Global Mobility, and Destination Services sectors being an advantage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality customer service to clients
  • Managing client accounts and responding to relocation and corporate accommodation inquiries
  • Providing expert advice on Corporate Housing & Accommodation services
  • Developing tailored business proposals based on clients' relocation needs
  • Identifying suitable corporate housing options according to client preferences, including confirming availability, amenities, packages, and pricing
  • Maintaining high-quality service by promptly responding to client inquiries and requests
  • Offering valuable insights on current market trends in Relocation and Corporate Housing sectors
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through regular account review meetings and client satisfaction surveys

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Housing / Serviced Apartment sectors
  • Knowledge of Relocation, Global Mobility, and Destination Services sectors is beneficial
  • Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships is crucial
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
  • Strong self-motivation and discipline are required for success in a remote work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are necessary for interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in IT programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • University degree preferred but not essential
