About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Activation Director to join our team at Assembly Global. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and meet our clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies.
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on activation and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals.
