Job Summary

The Global Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the marketing vision and strategy for PSI CRO, driving brand awareness and engagement through innovative digital and traditional marketing efforts. This dynamic role will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Marketing and be a part of all Marketing elements within the department: internal, external, sales, and client-facing work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global account-based marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with Business Development to support sales initiatives and drive revenue
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and media outlets
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Prioritize engagement with key audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and prospective clients
  • Ensure industry and regulatory compliance across all digital channels
  • Write and create editorial content for publications, including interviews, articles, and essays
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency among all content
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to maintain employment branding standards
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across channels
  • Assist in client-facing digital initiatives, branding, and recruitment efforts
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • At least 4-6 years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience in a global or cross-regional role
  • Effective vendor management experience or experience working in an agency
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Executive presence and ability to deliver presentations to various audiences
