Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Global Client Servicing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and leading a small team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of client management, including day-to-day program management, consultative service, and relationship building.
  • Coordinate with Aon Global Network offices worldwide to deliver seamless client service.
  • Develop new clients and penetrate existing clients' portfolios to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with different teams within Aon to provide Aon United solutions to clients.
  • Prepare documents required for account servicing, including program design, invoices, premium payment tracking, and insurance manuals.
  • Ensure portfolio profitability and client budget management.
  • Comply with Aon systems and protocols.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years' experience in account servicing large global P&C corporate clients.
  • Team management track record of leading a small team.
  • Good knowledge of local markets, including insurers, tax, regulatory, unique coverage, and issues.
  • Sound General Insurance experience, including Property & Casualty, Public and Products liability, Motor, and Employee Compensation.
  • Certification in ANZII, ACII, or across General Insurance.
  • Bachelor's or above in business or related disciplines.
