Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing training and development plans that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our frontline staff and store managers.
  • Liaise with line managers to identify training needs and develop related programs.
  • Facilitate brand, product, and sales training to ensure our staff have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Oversee the allocation of store training resources and the store training feedback process.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and develop action plans for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Studies, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of solid training and coaching experience in Sales and CS, team management, and store operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Photoshop.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Training Officer.
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage.
