As a Senior Training Specialist at Medtronic, you will play a critical role in developing and coordinating in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Your responsibilities will include planning, developing, and coordinating training programs, obtaining information needed to prepare training materials, and ensuring that training programs meet company and customer objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
  • Obtain information needed to prepare training materials and develop course content.
  • Ensure training programs meet company and customer objectives.
  • Maintain communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training.
  • May utilize trainers with technical expertise.
  • Continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and keep technical information up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in training program development and coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
