At Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, we are committed to providing our pilots and cabin crew with the highest level of training in emergency procedures. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Training Specialist II to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct safety and emergency procedure training for Flight and Cabin crews, including first aid, fire fighting, and emergency evacuation.
- Coach and monitor Flight and Cabin crews to ensure they meet regulatory required standards and provide support in administration, training materials, and continuous enhancement of the safety training school.
- Conduct Quality Assurance inspections to ensure cabin safety standards are maintained.
- Tertiary education or above.
- Minimum 3 years' working experience, with experience in adult training or cabin crew service an advantage.
- Good swimmer with no fear of heights.
- Holder of St. John's First Aid Certificate preferred.
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent command of English.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Available for shift duties and overseas duty trips.
