The Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position that requires a commercial operations lead to drive financial results in multiple stores. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to determine individual and team sales targets. They will also analyze all commercial information available and proactively suggest improvement opportunities and identify solutions for potential risks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive financial results in multiple stores to meet and exceed targets
  • Determine individual and team sales targets and communicate with retail artists to agree sales objectives
  • Analyze all commercial information available and suggest improvement opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activity and react accordingly
  • Control and manage controllable costs efficiently within planned budgets
